SMES R&D at the BNL Superconducting magnet division (and at the Advanced Energy Materials Group, Condensing Matter Physics and Material Sciences Division, not included above) was supported in part by the DOE Advanced Research Program Agency-Energy via a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement that Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) has with ABB, Inc. and in part by the Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA) under Contract DE-SC0012704 with the U.S. Department of Energy.
